Opting out of TranSync

Should you wish to remove your data from the TranSync program please notify Somnetics of your desire to leave the system by email at info@somnetics.com. You must include the serial number of your Transcend device and the name of your device provider.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance

In the event that assistance is needed from us to ensure that you are using the website properly and effectively, the Company may need to remote into your computer to troubleshoot or perform maintenance. This action will not affect the functionality of your computer in any way and will be limited to diagnosing and correcting any problem you might have encountered in using the website, Each remote session is unique. Somnetics or our technical support vendor always will ask your permission prior to accessing your computer. Each time you need assistance, you can give us access by either entering a unique password into our software program or by email verification. By agreeing to this privacy policy, you grant us the right to access your computer in the event that assistance is needed.

Information we collect is encrypted and stored on a secure cloud-based server. Due to the nature of the Internet and online communications, we cannot guarantee that any information transmitted online will remain absolutely confidential, and we are not liable for the illegal acts of third parties such as criminal hackers.
